How do I start an order?

Can I send you examples of how I'd like my items shot?

Yes of course. Examples are welcome.

Can you match what we already have?

Absolutely. We can match similar lighting and background for packshots and keep a consistent brand message for creative photography.

Do you need a linesheet or shoot list?

A shoot list will be added in the contract with a list of deliverable.

Do you shoot On-Model Ecommerce photography?

Yes. We can shoot On model Ecommerce photography with a recognizable or unrecognizable model. Feel free to ask for a quote.

What usage do you provide with the images?

Full usage rights, including print; model usage rights need separate confirmation

How long do the images take?

Typically, items are shot and retouched within10 days but we reserve to confirm this time with each client.

What are the payment terms?

Our payment terms are 50% at contract signature and 50% at delivery.

Do you accept returns?

No, unfortunately we do not accept returns.

All our services are tailored on the customer and highly customized, therefore it’s not possible to ask for return.

Where do I send the products?

You can send your products at our studio in Milano or in Warsaw.

Please do not send the products before we confirm the address to you.

Do you retouch the images?

Absolutely. Our retouches are included in the prices.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept only transfer after issuing the invoice.

In what format do you deliver the images?

We deliver them in Hi-res and Low-res for websites. We can deliver JPGs and PNGs. If you require other formats let us know.

When items will be returned?

Immediately after we deliver the images. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Who does cover the shipping costs?

All shipping costs are covered by the client.
